For custom itineraries, group travel, and more complex planning, a fee allows me to take care of the journey from beginning to end.

For more complex journeys and multi-destination trips that require more than a reservation, I create custom itineraries built around you — where you stay, what you experience, how you move through a place, and how it all comes together.
Accommodations, experiences, guides, transportation, dining recommendations, and trusted local contacts can all be woven into the journey.
Planning fee: Starting at $350 per trip, for up to four travelers.
For groups, retreats, events, and destination celebrations, I offer full-service planning — from venue sourcing and group rate negotiation to itinerary design, booking management, and on-the-ground coordination when needed. Each event is designed with attention to flow, detail, and atmosphere, creating a sense of cohesion from arrival to farewell.
Planning fees start at $500 and are based on group size and scope.
